皮尔姆设计局(隶属皮尔姆发动机集团)开始总装PD-14发动机原型机
-

2011年底PD-14的技术验证发动机的完备程度已经达到了77%。在2012年第一季度末将开始制造第一台PD-14原型机,期望在第二季度末完成第一台原型机的制造,同时开始台架测试

PD-14发动机的研发准确的按照既定研发计划进行。

在2012年4月份的发动机展览上将展出发动机的全尺寸模型或者缩小模型。

The first stage of the readiness of OJSC “PMZ” quality management system to the mastering of manufacturing of the 5th generation engine PD-14 is approved
-
On February, 2012 there was a precertification audit of "PMZ" quality management system (QMS), checking its conformity to the requirements of International aerospace standard AS 9100С. The audit inspection was run by International Certification Center "BUREAU VERITAS Rus" within the framework of execution of the Tasks, established as the result of fulfilling of the 2nd and 3rd Gates of the Project of development of 5th generation engine PD-14, contract of its delivery, signed with OJSC "Corporation "Irkut", and decisions of OJSC "MC "United Engine Building Corporation", concerning bringing its QMS to the conformity to the specified standard.

During the audit the experts inspected the main company departments, organizing and providing functioning of QMS, and the company production shops. The report, summarizing the results of the audit confirms that OJSC "PMZ" QMS mainly meets the requirements of the Standard and is recommended to be certified within the approved sphere of appliance of the Certificate after eliminating some revealed problems, connected with QMS functioning. It was also offered to "PMZ" to complete the development and implementation of the basic procedures, such as "Configuration management", "Project management", and adopt the aerospace standard AS 9102 "The requirements to the first part inspection".

In accordance with the results of the precertification audit OJSC "PMZ" established the further strands of activities aimed at preparation for the certification of QMS under the Standard AS 9100С within approved by "BUREAU VERITAS Rus" term - by June, 2012.

Domestic long-term engine for MC-21 aircraft will be quite competitive in the global market, said at a press conference in ITAR-TASS General Designer of "Aircraft Engine" (head developer of the MS-21) Alexander Inozemtsev.

According to him, this is due to the fact that in making this engine "includes all design offices and factories of the country, at all stages of work, from conception through prototyping." To a certain extent to the work involved, and Western firms.

However, the designer is sure that Russian developers have "never get access to the latest key technologies and modern materials." That is why the bet was to create their own materials and technology. We work in close collaboration with scientists from the Central Institute of Aviation Motors, All-Russia Institute of Aviation Materials. To date, been able to develop such technologies, "which has not been done even in the western colleagues and competitors," said Inozemtsev.

According to him, it has a special significance, "ZF support for this project." "For the first time in the post-Soviet Russian government over the past 3.5 years invested in this project is 0.5 billion dollars", - stressed the Inozemtsev. Engine MS-21 is supposed to certify to the Interstate Aviation Committee and then to validate in Europe. "But you will need to certify the production companies involved in the manufacture of the engine," - said the Chief Designer.

In June of this year,it will be ready to drive, MS-21 demonstrator, which will be shown to the public at the upcoming air show in Zhukovsky near Moscow.

PD-14发动机将取得欧洲认证(EASA),  参与制造的企业也将进行认证。

6月份进行原型机测试。

April 12, 2012, Rybinsk. - Today, on International Day of Aviation and Astronautics, JSC "NPO" Saturn "has received the certificate of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for the production of mass-produced engines SaM146.

土星正式收到了量产版SaM146发动机的EASA证书。

某些技术指标和技术特性比同类的还要好和先进些。

比如四代单晶, 碳化硅陶瓷燃烧室等。

皮尔姆设计局3个科学技术博士, 28个phd, 28个在读博士研究生

负责全部工程结构分析的老大, 2010年才搞定科学技术博士。

在复合材料和中空钛合金叶片上面经过反复测试验证,最后选择了中空钛合金叶片。

(PS: 复合材料叶片在研发D-18T发动机的时候,其实就已经完成了研发和测试工作......)
